وی با مخاطب قرار دادن نماینده دادستان و دادستان تهران كه در این جلسه حاضر بودند به آنها گفت: چرا آقای (م) و (د.الف) شركت 'نوین خلیج فارس) را پی گیری نمی كنید ، مگر اسامی آنها را به شما نداده ام ، جز این كه به جاهایی وصل هستند؟
